CL 500 part wiring loom needed

Having had my wing mirror side swiped I have ended up with some wires cut in half and need the wiring loom that goes from the control unit on the door card to the mirror itself.

I've got all the pieces on the kitchen table - and aside from the cover and indicator which are FUBAR the rest of it is ok.

Nick off the forum is hopefully getting me the cover and indicator, but is the wiring loom available separately from Merc ? I don't want to have to fork out for a full mirror unit for the sake of the wiring.

Unfortunately the 8 or so cut wires are all black, so can't be repaired as I have no idea what does what !

Someone on here should be able to tell you the pin numbering order so that you can re-wire yours.

If not see if someone with same car is willing to take cover off their mirror so that you can work out wiring order.

New looms may not be available, but plugs are from MB, or you could reuse the ones you have & just fit new pins(available from MB) into them if you use new wires.

Alternatively, can you not dismantle the other mirror & copy the wiring order?
