ML 270 - 5 Seater to a 7 seater?

Hi peeps,

Am looking to buy a ML 270 around 52-54.
My question is am seeing a lot of 5 seaters but am looking for a 7 seater, can I buy a 5 seater and pick up a spare seat (only need the extra 1) and put it in the back?
