Looking through the forums sounds like the AAM on my ML 270 cdi is gone. I can lock the doors from the central rocker and lock the driver door with the key but can't with either of my two keys. I have replaced the batteries in both keys and tried reprogramming several times to no effect.
All other functions like indicators, wipers etc seem to work fine. Are there any fuses etc that I can check as I am looking to sell the car after having to fork out for a new suspension, transmission and torque converter and need the central locking working. Does the AAM need recoding or is it plug and play if it comes of
