It already has an ISO connector. But make sure you only connect the wires you need in there as there is also speed signal and diagnostic wires on the power plug.
I have assumed you don't have BOSE sound system. If you do, it has the ISO power connector but not the ISO speaker connector and you have to run new wiring to new (probably) speakers. The reason for new speakers is the impendance of the BOSE speakers is too low for most head units and effectively shorts out the amplifer outputs.
PPS, depending on the antenna connector, you may need the converter to convert between the stubby antenna connector and the long one. Halfords will sell those
