Alas, the time has come for me to part with my beloved 190e. In the 18 or so months i have owned it i have grown to love driving it and have enjoyed almost all the journeys i have made in it. However i don't think that i am doing it any favours with the amount of use i am giving it these days. I thought i would offer it on here first before putting it on ebay as i am not so concerned about the price i get for it, just want it to go to a better home and i'm sure i've more hope of that from one of you wonderful MB lovers out there.

Good Bits:
Seats in good condition, if in need of a clean, but no rips and none of the usual wear through on the drivers side bolster, rear seats hardly sat in.
5 x MB original 8J X 16H2 Alloys of the 8 hole variety fitted with 225/45 R16 Hankook Ventus prime all round, Spare never touched and other 4 have many miles left in them
Fairly new wheel studs and locking bolts, all MB original, bought to fit the above to car Nov 06
Colour coded Cosworth front bumper sprayed and fitted Apr 07, could probably do with another coat of paint and then some lacquer, can provide with rest of paint bought for job if reqd
New Front Discs and Pads fitted Apr 07
Bad Bits :
Head gasket failed Feb 07, new gasket and replacement head fitted but has never run same since, suspect rings may have gone at same time but undetected.
Possible Gearbox fault, very noisy when driving and occasional trouble selecting gears.
Engine and Gearbox mounts in need of replacement, very juddery when taking off, clutch isn't much more than a year old so can't be that.
Front section of exhaust will need replacing soon.
Boot leaks, just needs some clear silicone sealant around spoiler.
Air con didn't work when i got car and have never done anything about it
Passenger front elec window not working suspect motor failure
As mentioned previously i'm not after silly money for this car i just want it to go to someone who will appreciate it, or even use it for parts for another. I have been as honest as possible with the description, as you can see there are some potentially expensive things wrong with the car, way beyond my already empty budget after the head gasket job back in feb.
