My new 17' AMG Style I's

After a trip to Thmshauns I have now bought the Staggered 17' AMG Style I alloys off his C43 AMG.

After looking like a Landrover for the 1st 10 mins, the car seems to have settled down & look the part - I will get it lowered in the end.

I love the fat rears - 1 point though, the steering seems a little heavy compared to normal, I was carrying 4x 16's in the car aswell.

Is this normal?

I would be happy too.

I actually prefered Thmsshaun's C43 estate with the 17" Style I's over his 18" Style II's. 18" Style I's would obviously be my ultimate preferance (for this afternoon anyway).

18" AMG I don't exist for the C/CLK/SLK fitment.
We recently sold 2 replacement 18" AMG I 2 piece in R129 sizes to go onto a W208 formerly owned by Barry Sheene - I'll see if there's an image somewhere.

Im happy with my choice . But I have to say they look a lot better on Khz than they ever did on the estate.

I think its the Azurite blue that really sets them off.

Guys, after replacing my standard merc wheels today with some 18'' alloys i now find myself the proud owner of 9 wheels, only able to use 5 one being the spare. I know ebay is probably the best place to put them on sale, but i know nothing of what to ask for and where to post etc. Does this MB Forum community have a slot where i could probably aim the tyres at the real merc community rather than some money grabbing individual in it for a quick buck. Dont want extortionate amounts just a fair price. Any suggestions ??
