Need help identifying parts, seat elements.

If I use this site am I right in assuming my car has a replaceable heating element in the drivers seat(base) Mine doesn't work, I have checked and its open circuit.
My Chassis No is.

I'm not particularly familiar with the seats you have but suffice to say the heater pads are usually seperate unless the covering is leather, then the pads are stitched onto the back of the leather.

40, Thats what I found, it seems to be all on it's own. Maybe it will be less expensive?
