As long as they make it easy to clean!!
And not like the present slats which are ok on top but not finished underneath. Very poor, cuts the sponge and your fingers.

Car designers do not have a clue.
A car should be easily washed by the enthusiast.

And is it impossible to have a car that allows suitcases to stand upright in the boot? So much wasted space.
I think in an E class you should be able to get four suitcases in, otherwise why carry four people?

i certainly don't like those polka dot thingies. Definitely prefer the slats like in the geneva show model.

MMmmmmm....Seems to me the whole design thing is a little dated, what are the real big differences apart from a few slight curves around the grill (I accept its a little different to what we are used to) but its a Vauxhall Insignia ! Designers need to smoke a bit more weed and watch less tv adverts me thinks.....

Next time Mrs Merc removes a load of your clean clothes from the washing machine, stick your head in and have a good look around. That concept MB design grille doesn’t look quite as new and inspiring as you first thought it did. Even down to badge !! ......

Not sure what you mean by fresh, it looks very much like an original SL190 from decades ago I think.
