new wing mirror for a E300td W210

I need a new wing mirror and backing plate drivers side, any one know where I can get one( yes the main dealing can get it but I'm not willing or able to pay the £270 odd they want!!!!)

I have a passenger one which is electric folding only. You can temporary fit a standard one until you find a electric folding one.

I also have a spare glass for drivers side auto dimming.

It's the drivers side mirror and the plate it attaches to i need. The mirror housing and motors etc are all still prescent and correct.

so basically all you need is a mirror. The plate that is attached is part of the mottor I believe.

no the plate is attached to the mirror. it has 2 grey treaded tubes which attach to the motors and a central pivot point which clips in to the motor housing.
