It's funny isn't it, fickle buyers.
173k mile car with history looks good - buyers deterred with mileage. Unlikely to be clocked if showing that high.
100/120k mile car little history (same car) more chance of selling and for more £ .

I think is doing alright given to the mileage,though the only reason is the SH
