Done up to original condition it would look great.

Getting it to that condition would cost a small fortune.

I don't even like the wheels.

At least this one looks like it's been retrimed and has phat alloys.

Can the car be bought and have the plate be transfered? If so that's a reasonable price for a timeless plate......

It's already up to 750 (for an overheating rot box?) which it's not cheap any more.

I like the allys though.

I think the guidelines for plates are as long as the car is either registered as sorn or taced then you can transfer the plate.

There is more rust than actually steel on that car. I wonder if the footwells are also rotten (Fred Flintstone braking anyone)

That's good for nothing but parts! Never seen one with as much rust as that and there will be much more rust in the bits you can't see.
