Nick Grimshaw has rolled his G

One would assume that it would have used more skill & effort to achieve this than to just do nothing and have the crash. At 15mph it seems hard to imagine what terrible fate would have awaited him had he simply put his foot on the brake pedal.

Probably the result of watching too many American TV shows and films in which the concept of stopping safely in a straight line is an alien concept .

The person pictured in the link looks like a boy barely out of school , besides which I'd never heard of him .

Caroline and Laser 558 DJs just won't understand this...

Just sounds like insufficient attention being given to the business of driving the car...

"Personalities" are famous for this failing...

Don't get me started on that tosser from East 17 who managed to run himself over!

Didn't George Michael manage to fall out of a Range Rover while doing 70 mph in the outside lane of the M1? Thankfully, he landed on his head and his hair cushioned the blow.

By George, that's funny.

:bannana:

I can feel some George Michael jokes coming along. Mind you, we could also do with some Nick Grimshaw jokes as well.

How do you flip a G Wagon?

Just Grimshaw the wheel rapidly from left to right.

Did he roll the G Wagon multiple times like James Bond did with his Aston in Casino Royale? You can just imagine a 15 mph flip rolling over and over, over and over, over and over, until it finally comes to rest against a parked car.

You'll probably find that Nick Grimshaw holds an Advanced Drivers Certificate. Of course it is not his. He bought it off Del Boy, along with a 100 yards swimming certificate and a Queens Award for Industry (yes, the roll bar industry).

Top Gear will replace the 'Star in a Reasonably Priced Car' feature with a new stunt feature called 'Let's Grimmers...', where celebrities have to equal or beat a set stunt, such as slow flipping.

(Yep, Grimmer's 15 mph multiple flip will take some beating on the leaderboard).

Ironically, Trading Standards will probably do research on the possibility of slow flipping high sided vehicles, and Mercedes Benz will need to recall 100's of thousands of G Wagons because of a safety issue.

(Wouldn't it be easier just to ask Celebs to use a chauffeur?)

I can't wait for the Panarama Special on low speed flips, and how it, along with Brexit, could affect our economy.

That's enough from me. I'll now pass the baton over to someone else with a sense of humour.

It's under a year old, so it will be written off.
A "Cat D"?

Today's Radio 1 DJs clearly can't drive. I don't recall Peter Powell ever paralysing his Porsche in Pimlico.

Jimmy Savile was accused of many things , but I can't recall him rolling his Royce , or taking a tumble in his Mercedes camper van - oh , wait a minute ...

Either way, that's a waste of a G. Both from the crash and on the driver
