No A/C through center vents (99 S320)

I have a 99 S320, the A/C blows cold air through the side vents and defroster vents. There is no A/C coming through the center vents. I tried to use the manual mode, but this didn't help the problem. Can anyone help me with mt A/C problem.

Do you have ANY air-flow throught the centre vents? Hot or Cold?
If not then I suspect an internal distribution flap has failed or got stuck.

There is no air coming out of the center vents at all (hot or cold). Where is the distribution flap located?
