no boost in the intake of 98' E250TD

long drive

today and yesterday i had a 340km trip
and had 2times my "turbo" gone... had to stop, than i pluged out map sensor, did "fewf" and pluged again, and it come back, it hapened several times, just kick some gas, and no turbo.. then i felt that not always boost is equal, sometimes it accelerates better, somtimes not so good, and noticed on 2gear, if i floor it, about 2000rpm, its boost time, its start to push up, and it reduces some torque and goes on, and today i tried to floor on 4gear, i could get 4000rpm maximum, and no smoke, as its for me unnusual,
so maybe dieselman or other of you knows how to "check" map sensor,
as i know it has produce some voltage, from the presure of manifold,
that means it has to be measured on the road, because there is no boost when standing still, any one knows the exact values to check ?

p.s. i got egr off, and 380km with a half of tank :D

What does MAS stand for? sorry to be a nuisance. I know MAF stands Mass Air Flow sensor. :)

.
Voltage is changing between 0-5V.
Depends on pressure, and map.

Three wires comes in map-sensor.
Reference 5V.
Ground.
Changing voltage.

Pump pressure and measure voltage at same time.
