Hi All,

I have a Nokia CK-7 car kit installed, sadly it uses it's own speake rather than using the comand system speakers. Is there a way I can integrate it and lose the Nokia little crappy speaker?

Saw this on t'interweb:

MERCEDES

ISO Nokia Car Kit (Mute Only) Interface

Seems to have speaker out.

The CK-7 Mutes the Comand perfectly - so, I just need it to pump audio through the cars speakers!

Ideas?

Right - update on this!

After removing my glove box and underside dash, I discovered a mass of taped up wiring that some "joker" had thought was a good idea. Amonst the tape was the CK-7 kit and the DVD fuses (all taped and twist joined into the home made loom. The power source was the extra 20A lighter point on the passenger side......again, with the twist joins!
After swearing an awful lot, removing the door trim and the trim up the middle of the vehicle - I removed all of the DVD cabling, DVD player and disconnected the roof mounted screen.
Next job is to find the fibre optic point on the back of the Comand 2.0 and wire in the cabling for a CD changer......Anyone got a good pic of the optical output and the cabling required?

Right; more options:

New Necvox RE-8169D DVD player bought to fill hole where old necvox 7269 screen was fitted in the roof, power is pre cabled.

CK-7 now integrated to front speakers using a special mute connector.

Options now are:

Dension gateway + usb hard drive for music
AV media interface + revering camera and reverse gear switch
Aux input in glove box
