And yes it's shyte . That icarsoft don't cover a 2018/2019 model . Then when you contact them they tell you your unit is now obsolete and no longer supported.

But I bought an icarsoft and I've not been overly impressed after sung it's praises here. Not with specific vehicle support but just basic functionality like live data layout, logging, data playback.

I bought a Autel Ap200 as it was only 50 quid on Amazon. Single make only at that price, but you can pay for additional ones. Function wise it's better than the icarsoft for a fraction of the cost. Don't get me wrong it's still not great.
I was impressed with the customer service response though. To use you need to set up an account. I had problems signing in after registering. I emailed the customer services in China and got a response and fix within hours.

My car is ancient, so might be worth contacting them to see if yours is supported. Hopefully they are as responsive as last time.

As an avid tool collector I have 2 , the ArtiDiag500S and a Launch X-431 Pros elite, neither auto ID my old girl, but the Launch is okish once the Vin is entered manually, neither would I recommend for Mercedes. But as I have a vast range of family and friends cars regularly appearing on my drive in various states of repair they both do a fair job.

I've just bought one to use with torque pro. £15 . Probably will do just as much as the icarsoft.

Thats gone up.....I paid £4.99 for mine!!.....I guess it was quite a few years ago now!! And no....its does not do Merc specific stuff like my iCarsoft 2 does.

It'll do as much as mine ever did , I meant . More irony . I could of bought a cheap one ,there's plenty on eBay , but do they work and for how long ??

All my mercs worked on my icarsoft , just not my glc , it's too modern for the icarsoft software Inc the updates.
