oil leak and blue smoke

I have a fare amount of oil leaking out from the tensioner bolt on my 190e, It is not loose as i have cheak it out, i no there is a washer round it, could it just be that or does the tensioner need changing, as every time i brake or stop in traffic i have blue smoke coming out of the bonnet,and the smell inside the car.

Quite possible but also check for blocked breather pipes increasing crankcase pressure.

Iwill cheak the pipes 1st, i hope is is blocked rather then change the tensioner as its a bit of a pain to get to.
