Hi guys. Would like to know if the 312d has an oil warning light. I can see that there is a symbol there but it never illuminates when i turn ignition and all lights come on. Could it be the bulb is out or could it even be the oil pressure switch. All others lights come on as they should

Thanks for any advice in advance

Is there not any1 who knows about this???

Yes for sure there is an oil warning light, and presumably you bulb has gone which means you need to take the dash cover off to get access to the speedometer cluster .

Thanks just had that checked and the bulb is fine. Any ideas where the oil pressure switch is located

Thanks in advance

Well the Oil Pressure switch appears to be at the back of the engine just under the join of the block and head and perhaps obscured by the exhaust and manifold. If you can get your hand to it earthing the sender wire should illuminate the bulb, or of course use a multimeter.
Not that you will not get good advice on here, but the dedicated SPRINTER FORUM also makes some good reading. T1N Talk - Sprinter-Forum
