Opinions please

First of all aplogies if this is posted in the wrong area but can't seem to find one any better.
I keep looking for an estate and today I saw this
Used Mercedes-benz E Class Estate E220 Cdi Classic 5dr Tip Auto | Brentway Cars

Now to my mind this looks cheap and hence makes me wary, are my concerns misfounded and if so, and I go and have a look, what should I take particular note of?

Never had a MB so out of my depth here.

I would get someone with a diagnostic tool to go with you to test it even if its only a code reader. Give it a good run and the rest is up to you.
