Parkign wardens in London - taking pics

Hi All,

Just a quickie - I was down at Pall Mall earlier in the week and noticed that the wardens were taking digital pics of the cars that they were ticketing.

Good idea?

They are doing this in bath too In order to try and cut down on the number of tickets they lose revenue on...

They've been doing this for a over a year in Plymouth. They also changed their uniforms to plain dark blue so that you can't spot them coming.
There are at least two wardens working all day in the summer ticketing tourists on the Barbican (two or three streets). The signs are not that clear so it's easy money.
Hope you're enjoying your holiday, that'll be £30 please!

Deffo I good idea, ive been done before when i was parked in a permits holder place, and they claimed I wasnt.
