Parking at Gatwick?

I find Summer Special parking is the best and usually the cheapest. The cars are all kept on site and buses are regular as clockwork to the terminal.
Never use a meet 'n' greet.

I find its cheaper to pre book a taxi to Gatwick rather than drive there and park. This also means I can drink on the flight home....

I used BCP... Absolute MISSION to find, even with tomtom...

Also i didnt like the fact that it was valet parking... my W123 has only ever been driven by me, and it did annoy me that i had to let some spotty teenager loose with my car keys.

i wasnt aware that it was valet and so when i got there i had to remove all the valuables from the car which meant travelling around spain with my radio front, tom tom, large bunch of keys etc etc...

BAA is the closest IIRC and had a good rate... its also a proper car park... no teenagers in sight!

Thanks to all who have replied so far.

The train is out of the question now - it's £17 each way and it will cost me £12 to get a taxi each way to Reading station from where I am, probably more on the way out because I'd need to be at the station for 05:30.

As some of you have said, I also don't like the idea of just anyone driving my car. Yes it's 'only' an A-class but I'd prefer not to hand over the keys to just anybody, especially if they're a spotty teenager who hasn't been driving long.

Having seen the thread on PinkElephant and also seen something on Watchdog this year about it, I will definitely be giving that company a miss!

i also always use bcp meet and greet a1 service...used at gatwick and heathrow recommend
