Parking sensors sound under braking

Odd one.

Every now and then I get the sensor red light display going off and alert sounding briefly when I brake or hit a slight pot hole or dip.

I know I have an issue with a couple of duff sensors, they're being replaced soon. Are the two things related?

Interesting, I also get this sometimes and almost always (if not everytime) when going over speedbumps.

When it has been very wet due to rain I may also get false indications (then I just turn off the system temporarily) but that always seems to fix itself when it dries up a little bit.

Me too! Only once though!

Seems to tally. Picked up the car today after it had stood for 48 hours, got the sounds on the first braking and couple of bumps, nothing thereafter.

MBTec replacing a couple of faulty sensors next week, will mention it.
