Going on a day out in the Peak District on Friday. Does anyone know of any stone circles there that have relatively easy walking access to, we're taking a pensioner along and he can't manage much more than about 200/400 metres.

I've googled them but info is a little patchy.

From what I've seen in photos Ian Walker is still quite mobile. Don't underestimate the old man! ;)

There are some near Birchover, Stanton Moor which from memory are not too far from the road.

Not sure if its within 200-400 metres though.
