Pre-entry climate control not on App (C350e)

I've had my '17 C350e since new. Initially the pre-entry climate control was free, and then I paid the charge for a couple of years but, later, decided not to pay. The recent cold days have made me think I might pay for it again but it isn't listed in the App and the only two offerings are Nav and Guard, neither of which mentions pre-entry climate in the specs. Can anyone suggest where to find what I need to find?
