R129 Speakers

Another issue with my recently acquired R129. What do you guys think of the loud speakers in this car?
Radio is a brand new CD / radio, but sound is poor as was the old Sony. No bass at all.

Maybe it needs new speakers?

Rear speakers - there are none. Is there a standard place to fit these. No rear seats just cubby boxes.

Hi i bought my R129 4 weeks ago and have crappy sounding off side door speakers and would like to get replacements as they sound blown. so any help with your quest will also help me. Question is there other option of door speaker that can fit

Could be worry trawling the breakers for a harmon kardon system if they were available for the r129 series
