Rattling at Front.

Hi my car (61 plate W204 c220) has developed an annoying rattle at both front wheels, sounds like brake pads loose in caliper but had them out yesterday and all spring clips and pads seem tight?
Had wheel bearings tightened, had slight play.
If i drive up a kerb i can hear creaking from suspension, any ideas anyone.

Does a light application of the brakes stop the rattle?

Incidentally I had an annoying rattle from the front on my R129 SL. Only manifested itself on a washboard surface. Looked everywhere, a dab of grease on the bonnet latches stopped it, rattles don't always come from where you expect them.

could this be anti rolll bar links? everything has been checked at the front and mechanic can only think of anti roll bar links?

Replaced drop links yesterday, rattle is still there.
Is there anything in the shocks that could rattle?

Have you tried the anti roll bar bushes?

My CLK had a rattle at the R/H front, it turned out to be a loose caliper. No clonks when breaking.

When i say driving up kerbs i mean a sloped kerb like a driveway entrance.
