Changed out my rear sub-frame bushes at the weekend with guidance from another post somewhere. Glad I did 'cause they were knackered. The centre was totally ripped out of the O/S on and the N/S was not just as bad. Got replacement Lemforder ones from Mister Auto for the very reasonable sum of £34.63 incl P&P. About 3.5 hours all in. Car is much smoother at the rear and bumps over holes rather than crashing.
