Removing bumpers R230

Anyone done it or point me to a guide? Long story short, the other day I made the ill informed decision to get out of the car whilst it was still in drive, hello house meet Mr. car! (it's my 6th automatic before anyone asks) End result cracked front bumper but as luck would have it the Ebay Gods have again be kind and provided a replacement front and rear.

I still need to source the mesh inserts front and rear and I think fog lights too so if anyone has any expeience of this change over I'd be grateful for some advice.

Hoped you'd notice this tread, I'm still making good use of the last info you sent (thank you) tracing the rattle and sorting the hinge bolt as per your advice.
