Can't help you with the part number (phone a dealer), but the MB E-class owner's bible suggests that minor repairs can be done with good plastic (e.g. MB coolant bottle), cutting and wrapping as necessary. Obviously no good with general degradation, but if the insulation has broken in just a few places it may be worth a try.
