Replacing Wiper Blades on ML W163

I'm looking to replace the wiper blades on my ML and just wanted to know what other ML owners have gone for.

The AeroTwin wipers by Bosch look pretty smart and seem to be better than the standard ones. Has anyone got these? Are they any good?
Also should i go for the retrofit or full replacement option?

What are the sizes of the front wipers? As some of the sites i have been on, list all different sizes.

Lastly where is the best place to buy them from? Do the MB dealers sell them?

Weird!

I replaced my blades yesterday on the S class.

Din't have much choice but the Bosch AeroTwin ones so bought from GSF at £35 plus VAT.

Dead easy to fit, just pull off the glass and pull the old one off, no tools or clips to select.

Work great, just like new blades ought to!
