the clock appears on the infotainment now it’s been installed. What’s a data card ???

Its the database entry Mercedes hold showing the options on the car. It is referred to when the car is coded.

Also I wouldnt use T-taps. Very much a bodge in my experience. Best off to plug the loom correctly into the Lin bus so its as per factory.

I’ll need to find someone that can update that unless one of the member here can do it ??

I won’t lie I was sceptical too so I used some old cable I had laying around in my shed and did a continuity test on a joint and the readings was good

Also helped that I bought one with good feedback and didn’t just buy the cheapest available
