For some strange reason the clock in the instrument cluster loses time very slowly

i set it for 2 minutes fast accoring to my watch on Friday and today it is 1 minute slower

It is definatly the clock as have also set it against the pips of BBC radio

am really confused:confused:

Are you travelling faster than the speed of light in which case you would have to take relativity into account?;)
On a more serious note I know some CLK's of that age had a similar problem with their clocks -can't remember why at the moment .:o ML320's were made in the USA at that time I think?so don't know if they would share any of the same hardware?

Clock is still losing time

Any ideas......vehicle is a W163

Been losing approx 6 minutes over 3 or 4 days

It's an odd one that, as I'd imagine a digital clock to work or not work.
A daft question this, but are you sure the clock you are compring it against is not gaining 6 minutes over the 3-4 day period?

Nope, I listen to radio4 on the way in and out of work
