Yes, that sounds about right. I used a 4:1 ratio torque multiplier to deal with them, it brings the torque back down into the range where you can use a reasonably sized torque wrench. As you'll know, if you're working on a truck with a fixed body, and you don't have the luxury of a truck sized ramp, you can't get much swing with a big torque wrench.
