Secondry cats? or not?

Check these bad boys out!! look at the welding

Custom made and soon to be off the shelf secondary cat delete BUT no probs with mot as there are what looks like secondary cats there but are in fact hollow and smooth for gas flow and they look amazing! And of course 100% bolt in, NO cutting or messing around, Mine sound AMAZING!

Next is down pipes with 200 cell cats, now that should make things " Interesting "

It looks like he's also deleted the silencer in the mid section too.

Not sure if it would pass an MOT though, the new 'secondary cats' look nothing like the standard, more like a straight through pipe in disguise, more like a cherry bomb from the 80's.

Unless they take the system off and look inside ( and they are not allowed to do that ) it will pass any mot test, that's the point : )

This is the std section, And yes its work-in progress atm!! Just posting for those interested, I have no financial link just interested!

The 200 cell sports cats on my R129 look like that, and they are also mounted towards the back of the car rather than near the downpipes (no idea why it was done this way?!). But it's gone though two M-B main dealer MOTs since then without any comment.
