They actually do offer discounts more often than once every ten fills, especially on V-Power, which is what I use. It's usually £1.60-£2 off. I figure it's worth it as it makes it about the same as using regular.

They also offer free cookies and Wine gums and stuff like that, but I usually pass because my body is a temple etc

yeah for the very fact that i get a couple of free litres here or there , it is better than nought I suppose, but not much better. My local shell station is being refurbed and rather than drive 3 miles to the next closest one, i am filling at BP as it is closest, so for me, it is not a scheme that results in much loyalty from my side!
