I just got a set of the eBay Bilstein shocks but when the shocks arrived two were fitted with rubber caps (with integral bushes) and two just had the metal plate that is the top part of the dust cover . (see photo)
I was going to fix the car yesterday but got called out to work .
Luckily I havent removed any parts as yet .
All the shocks on my car already have the rubber cover/bush so I presume that they all should have them. Ive emailed the seller but was wanting to get on with the fitting of them. Has anyone got any ideas if the old ones will trasfer/fit the new shocks or are they are part that can be got from the stealer (will they have them in stock?)??
Thanks
Paul
