This is a 12 year old thread that you have reopened. You may get more response by opening a new thread about your problem with your W212, and just cut and paste that which you have already written.

Hi Steve, I entered "Leaking Radiator fluid into transmission" into the search bar, and this thread is what came up. So in a sense, I'm glad that its 12 years old, and problem solved. Old as it was, obviously it was a very common problem at that time. Thanks for your helpful advice, it's appreciated.
