SRS Light Problem

Hi Bill,
Just noticed this post and probably been fixed by now but I had this issue a few years back on my SL350. Exact same fault and MB tried everything to sort but as it was intermittant they couldn't pinpoint it.

Eventually on a rainy day and under warranty the wipers failed and so I call Assist and the car spent a month in workshop and finally they said it was something to do with the ignition point. Not sure which part or what they did but something to do with that.

It was a sad day when I had to hand the brand new s class back however...

If you are still struggling, I can give you the details (Mercedes Huddersfield) who should have the repair on record.
