Hello,

Has anyone heard or used a product called Lucasoil Transmission Fix?

I am tempted to use it for the slipping reverse that I am getting.

Please, please, please let me know if this is real or a hoax.

Personally I wouldn't put any additive into an auto-box. All the seals and clutch plates are designed for using a certain ATF and no other.

This product will almost certainly be a seal sweller designed to increase pressure within the box. When the box then fails, and it will, every seal and clutch plate will need renewing.
