My current site office overlooks a car park which houses cars belonging to probably the worst set of drivers I’ve ever seen but that’s another post.

Yesterday a woman while trying to park her car lurched forward into the side of another parked car. Having witnessed the whole thing I hurriedly jotted down the Reg No. in case she drove off but to my astonishment she continued to manoeuvre her car (badly) into the space and then walked off.

Although I felt bad that this women has probably had the worst started to the day which is unlikely to get any better as she works at a Hospital I had to do the right thing and leave details of the incident (incl 4 photos I took) in a note tucked under the wiper blade of the other parked car.

This morning while looking out to see if the owner of the damaged car was going to turn up I spied a very attractive young girl walking across the car park dialling a number on her mobile phone. Seconds later my mobile starts to ring and it’s her!!!

Getting involved in other peoples insurance claims is a pain in the backside but I can see this one being slightly more pleasurable. ;)

Good for you. You've probably saved her a hike in the cost of her insurance and you may even get to put your premium up.

I see what you did there..... :D

10 years ago I would have been all over her like a cheap suit, pulled out all the chat up lines at got a :fail

At least now I can avoid the embarrassment of the :fail

…now how do you get a wedding ring mark of your finger?

That would be a good picture for the Caption Competition.

Nothing like the incident yesterday.

If you'd ever been to Harrow you'd realise that those buildings in the background are far too modern and aesthetically pleasing to be the hospital here!!!!

i did the same thing last week for an incident near me.. i was driving 3 cars behind, but the one at fault drove off (right at front), so i followed that person to get full registration, then returned to accident site, to see other cars pulled over, but was greeted by a lady who was not quite remedy for sore eyes..

oh well. atleast blame will fall onto the right person

It would be nice to think that the majority of people would do the same as the OP, but sadly it seems that it's not the case these days. Anyone causing damage and/or accident then leaving the scene deserves to feel the full force of the law.

this country is unfortunately full of people who behave like ****heads.

EDIT (s**t-heads that is)

Don't mention anything about her shunt.
