some interior bit needed

Hi All

wondering if you cab help - i am about to buy a CL65 and there are a few bits that have come off over the years. i've attached a picture with what should be there and highlighted with a red circle what is missing from mine - basically there are 2 things.
1 is something for the rear center arm rest and the 2nd is pin like thing that is on the rear seat.

any help much appreciated
