Speed camera position database?

I have a Talex radar trap detector. The update subscription is about to run out and I don't think I trust Talex to stay in business long enough to give them my money for another three years. Is there a reliable stand alone database that I could sub to which would let me plug in my unit via it's USB.

I think you will need to see if there are import apps available for your unit, and what format they require. Most of the updates are in csv format

pocketgps does not have any native support for talex, so it will depend on what importers are available, if any for the talex

Isn't it easier/cheaper to simply drive within the limits (more or less) ?
