Spider in the glovebox

Not actually a spider, but a bunch of cables, USB, SD, IPOD, + another one??

any ideas what ive to use them for, stuch a memory stick in the usb, nothing came up anywhere?

Sounds like they are the leads for a media interface.

You should be able to plug something in like an ipod and then select it via the audio menu on the comand unit.

Yep thats exactly what they are. They seem very good connectors in terms of sound quality too

If i remember correctly when i had my R230 SL and R171 SLK they were both the same.

They had comand in them but you had no fader just balance. I think its something to do with them being two seaters.

Was your memory stick formatted as NTFS or FAT32? Generally only FAT32 formatted USB devices will work.
