My MB dealer has an in-house body repair shop, so I assume that they will be using MB approve paint products. They have sprayed a mudguard for me, but the colour match, although very very close, was not 100% and could be seen. So I decided to have it blended into the adjacent body panels. The result now is much better. Thanks for your replies.
