Sprinter 318 no milage on display

Hi can anyone help we have no milage showing on our display where the milage should be is just a line of dashes how do we resolve this thanks in advance

Has it suddenly happened, or did you change the cluster ? You can get that when a cluster is new or hasn't been coded correctly

No it hasn't been changed it just happened when we turned the ignition on one day
