Squeaky Pana-Roof?

Noticed a squeak/rattle in the car recently - quite irritating in fact!

Found when I put the roof into tilt, the squeak went away. So, obviously one would assume there is a connection?

Would some silicone grease on the rubber seals help or is there something more sinister going on?

There is a specifc repair method for this.

Grease with silcome grease (from MB dealers) everywhere! Then wipe away excess with a cloth and leave to dry with the roof open for a couple of hours.
