Hi Guys
Having had to brake suddenly - due to a typical white van driver - my BAS/ASR light came on. Just my luck as I am selling my car next week.
Having looked at the forum, realised it was the brake switch, which I bought from Greenoaks Mercedes.
Agree with another member you need to be a contortionist to be able to fit, which due to back problem was unable to complete the task.
Phoned Star Motor Services they booked me in straight away for a star diagnostic which proved that the brake switch was faulty and Mike fitted it in 20 minutes. Full credit to Star would highly recommend them and would certainly go back if need be - suppose only a matter of time.
