starter motor keeps burning out

update

Picked up the replacement head from Dronsfields today and dropped it off at mechanics this morning.
Mechanic said the head was cracked where the injectors are and when i went to pick up the injectors i dropped off to get tested at John Hoggs i was informed that a couple had water in them as the shims were showing signs of corrosion so have ordered 5 recon injectors which should be here for Monday.
Mechanic is going to check the fuel filter and the fuel tank for signs of water as a precaution.
Total spent so far=

Replacement head= £600
Recon injectors= £570
Gasket kit, head bolts and injector bolts= £120
Coolant and oil filter= £40
Mechanics labour= £700

Grand total of= £2030

Hi, Mafya
Any updates to this?

I hope it is getting sorted without additional cost.

I have been busy thats why i havn't updated. Anyway the mechanic had the car up and running but the turbo was whistleing so i asked him to take it off to check and sure enough there is play in the propeller shaft. This was on Tuesday just gone and have ordered a recon which can take upto 5 working days to arrive so car is sat waiting for turbo to arrive and then she will be back on the road.
The turbo cost me £660 which is including a surcharge of £100 for return of my old unit.
Hopefully the car should now give me some trouble free motoring, fingers crossed.
I will update once iv'e had a good drive when i get the car back.
