well if i had hte money, you all would be talking about hte lucky sod who bought her, shes gorgeous, the dents and stuff can be sorted for a small price, but what a to die for colour. i love it.

I would definately want to view before purchase.

Just looking at the pics says the drivers door isn't right, there is a dent both above and below the o/s rear lamp, the n/s rear wing has been resprayed and as said there is an engine fault which he can't fix.

A high shine doesn't mean it's a good car necessarily.

Photo's are no real indication it has to be seen, the leather can be fixed easily I have done loads of thos jobs.

The colour combination has always been my dream, in 1960 I uesd to drive from Watford to Brixton every Sat to look at a humber Super Snipe in the same colours, but it sold the week before I had the money

If the car is as nice as the pics I could think of buying it, But 3 cars is a hard one

I agree about the dash though well to shiny but that could be sorted in 15 mins

Yep , its so that when you're cruising with the windows down and resting your arm on the window you can indicate without taking your hand off the wheel ...

Grip the wheel with your thumb and flick the stalk with your index finger !!

I didn't read the whole advert, but I think the guy is trying too hard. The Leather colour is okay, I like that colour actually.

He seems like a good photographer but fails to communicate the obvious. Better to undersell IMHO.

Just had another deeper looking at the pictures and have noticed as everone has already mentioned there are a quite a few dings and dents in various places around the car anyone thinking to buy it would deffinatly need to fix them first.

Also the whole dash is very glossy and high milliage looking what do you use Paul to fix that and get the matt finesh back as you have said its a 15 minute job ?

Just give it a rub down with a flannel dampened with some water and washing up liquid.

it would only be a product of some sort

Use a mild solution of washing up liquid and lightly clean with a small washing up sponge (not the scourer side)

rinse out the sponge frequently so all product is removed and then use clean water so all product and detergent is removed

Then use something like 303 areospace protectant to restore a nice even matt finish
