Suitable disinfectant for steering wheels etc?

I'd just use IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) wipes (being careful on some surfaces).
As mentioned unlikely that baby wipes would have any germ killing properties.

We use these wipes at work in plastic dispensers like baby wipes (made on site).
You could make your own by allowing baby wipes to dry out then refilling with IPA and sealing back up again.

I worry about them bedside computers in hospitals, you know the ones on an arm on the wall that you have to buy them cards to use

My Mrs was in an isolation hospital room a couple of years ago, I was allowed to visit.

We both looked at the TV remote on the windowsill and said 'nah, use your laptop'.

How about an air conditioning bomb to disinfect the whole interior and heater

Thats all very well but IPA is hard to come by right now, most people don't even know what it is and I have only seen 'real' Hardware stores stocking it , and the two I know of have run out.
You can order it on line but the price has gone through the roof (if available) and you risk not getting the real thing.
I have enough to keep me going , But I don't hold out much hope of getting any locally any time soon.

FWIW - surgical spirits is generally 90% ethanol

Cillit Bang on everything but careful by your eyes until dry..

Abs you probably already have the best stuff in your detailing bag already to use... window cleaner! Guessing you probably have EZ Clarity, spray it on a MF and a quick buff after cleaning with Sleek and off you pop

I'm sure that I have read that soap is the best way of washing off the virus.

Yes L but a bit tricky to rinse my steering wheel with soap and water... unless I take it off and into the bath :D
